Chobe Safari Lodge is situated in Kasane on the banks of the Chobe
River and shares a border with Chobe National Park. Right on our doorstep
is the meeting of four African countries: Botswana, Namibia, Zimbabwe
and Zambia. Chobe Safari Lodge therefore offers an excellent getaway
location to Chobe, Victoria Falls or Caprivi.
Our close proximity to Victoria Falls International Airport, Livingstone
International Airport and Kasane International Airport makes us easily
accessible, with daily road transfers or charter flights connecting
all these airports with Chobe Safari Lodge.

River Room
The north east facing luxurious twin-bed river rooms are air-conditioned
and offer the convenience of phone, television and large en-suite bathrooms.
Family rooms include two twin bedrooms. Both our upstairs and downstairs
units also enjoy their own private patios.

Rondavel
One of Chobe Safari Lodge's original accommodation types, the traditional
thatched rondavels are independently positioned, with ceiling fans and
en-suite bathrooms.

The famous Chobe Safari lodge campsite offers individual sites scattered
amongst the riverine forest close to the Chobe River. Each site has its
own powerpoint and is close to one of the modern ablution facilities.

The Sedudu Bar overlooks the river and floodplains and is well known as
“the” sundowner spot in the region. Dine under the stars on
board of our boats FishEagle II or Kingfisher II and turn your evening meal
into an unforgettable occasion. Enjoy a succulent buffet dinner consisting
of starters, main courses and desserts while the boat cruises on Chobe River
between the shores of Botswana and Namibia.

What To Do at Chobe Safari Lodge
Along with many species of big game, Chobe National Park boasts the largest
concentration of elephants in Africa and our game drives and boat cruises
offer visitors the opportunity to witness this amazing spectacle.
Game drives within the Chobe National Park offer the opportunity to view
the abundant elephant and other big game species up close and also the possibility
of an encounter with one of the large predators.
Chobe River cruises have to be one of the finest game viewing experiences
in Africa. With over 80 000 elephants in the park alone they are a very
frequent sighting.
Fishing for the legendary Tigerfish and several species of Bream not only
provides an exciting fishing experience, but excellent game viewing (crocodile,
hippo, elephant, buffalo) and birding as well.
