in the heart of the Northern Tuli Block. It is part of the greater Limpopo-Shashe
Transfrontier Park, a remote, private and unspoiled African wildlife
reserve, offering some of the most incredible wildlife and wilderness
experiences you will find in Southern Africa.

Accommodation is self-catering. The main lodge and luxury tented accommodation
of Island Camp is in a unique setting on an island in the Limpopo river.
The camp can only be reached by a hanging bridge.

Each tent has its own bathroom with a Slipper bath and big outdoor shower.
Private viewing decks allow guests to enjoy the fascinating wildlife that
visits the surrounding river. The fully equipped kitchen, dining room
and lounge with a built-in fireplace are under thatch, with the Boma under
open skies for dining under the stars.

What To Do at Kwa Tuli Private Game Reserve
Kwa-Tuli offers excellent birding. Pel's Fishing Owl, Ground Hornbill and
Doublebanded Coursers are some of the 360 species of birds to be seen. Sundowners
can be taken on numerous spots on top of granite koppies, only a short walk
from the vehicles. What is more spectacular than the sun setting over the
African landscape?
Early morning and evening game drives in an open 4X4 takes you into the
heart of the reserve on a wild adventure. Guided bush walks on the islands
reveal the sounds of the bush and smell of oil lamps sets the mood for an
authentic African Safari.
