Welcome to Terrafou Safarsi Lodge. Terrafou is an undiscovered diamond in the middle of the African bush. The lodge is Botswana-owned and located right on the banks of the mighty Limpopo River. The lodge covers an area of approximately 4300 hectares consisting of a mix between bushveld and rocky mountains. This beautiful landscape is home to a variety of wildlife.

The rustic lodge can accommodate up to 40 people and is overlooking the Limpopo river allowing guests to watch the hippo, crocodiles, fish and prolific bird life from the lodge. The lodge is divided into 3 camps: Hunters' Camp, Middle Camp and “Old” Camp. All of the camps are situated close and overlooking the Limpopo River approximately 100 meters from the main building. Accommodation is thatched, en-suite and has air conditioning.
Hunters' Camp consists of 3 double houses each housing 2 double rooms. All rooms have private facilities and air-conditioning. The camp itself has an outdoor covered dining area, splash pool and a platform stretching out onto the river itself from where you can enjoy a sundowner and the beautiful nature.
Middle Camp consists of 3 double houses each housing 2 double rooms. All rooms have private facilities and air-conditioning. The camp itself has an outdoor covered dining area, splash pool.
The old camp is a little bit more primitive but has a lovely atmosphere. This camp also consists of 2 double houses with 2 double rooms in each. Each house shares a bathroom. The camp itself has an outdoor covered dining area as well as a splash pool.
In the river you will find hippo and crocodile almost year round and elephants are often seen drinking by the river. A variety of antelope can be found roaming the area including kudu, impala, waterbuck, steenbuck, duiker and gemsbok. You will also find zebra, wildebeest, hartebeest, warthog and an abundance of different bird species.
